Sample Development Process for Private-Label Apparel
From existing sample evaluation to remake, PPS and bulk — how ELEVIA runs sample-led men’s programs.
Track 01 — Existing sample
Dispatch in 2–3 working days, subject to size and color availability when size/color is available. Evaluate fabric, construction and fit before any color run.
Track 02 — Library remake
Pattern-ready remake typically approximately 7–9 working days after confirmation. Lock size, fabric platform and branding placements.
Track 03 — Custom prototype
New pattern and fabric path. Prototype → fit review → PPS. Do not open bulk until PPS is approved in writing.
Commercial rules
Sample fees, courier, remake rounds and PPS credit toward bulk are stated on the quote — ask before you ship a tech pack.
