FAQ — Sampling, MOQ and Production
Clear answers on MOQ, sampling, fabrics, 2-in-1 shorts, DDP shipping and library vs custom for men’s activewear.
What is your MOQ for men’s activewear?
Library styles: 150 pcs per style/color. Sample units can start from 1 piece.
Can you produce one custom prototype?
Yes — Track 03 custom development starts with prototype sampling after fabric and pattern alignment.
Can sizes be mixed within the MOQ?
Size curves are agreed at order — MOQ is typically per color, not per size.
What fabrics do you recommend for men’s training shirts?
CottonMotion for cotton-hand everyday training; AeroDry for lightweight quick-dry performance. Confirmed at sampling.
Can you manufacture 2-in-1 lined shorts?
Yes — see the 2-in-1 shorts category including Vector and related constructions.
Do you offer custom labels and packaging?
Yes — private-label labels, hangtags and packaging are standard programme options.
Can you ship DDP to the UK, EU and US?
Yes — FOB and DDP delivery available. Terms confirmed on the commercial quote.
What is the difference between a library style and custom development?
Library uses an existing block with colour/trim options. Custom opens pattern and construction — different lead times.
How long does bulk production take?
Library bulk approximately 25–35 days after approval. Custom bulk typically 40–50 days after PPS.
Can you reproduce a garment from a physical reference?
Yes — we measure and assess whether it runs on our cut-and-sew floor, then quote honestly.
